Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Kuehne+Nagel on a casual basis, based in Christchurch. Supporting our Sea, Air, and Warehouse teams, this person will provide hands-on, practical support to assist during the stone fruit export season at our Christchurch Airport Warehouse. The season begins late December 2025 and runs through until late January/early February 2026, with hours and days of work varying across this period.

What we would like you to bring

  • A good level of fitness and able to lift 5 – 18 kg boxes
  • Comfortable working indoors under cool conditions
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Flexible working hours, shifts tend to run on a 7-day roster
  • Current forklift licence would be an asset, but not essential

This is the perfect opportunity for a school leaver or university graduate who may want to earn a bit of pocket money… and who knows - you might even find a long-term career
