You will be reporting to Directors and Partners who will provide guidance and direction, while also supporting your learning and career development.Day-to-day tasks vary depending on the specific project, but broadly you will be responsible for delivering project scope conducting analysis, preparing compelling presentations and reports and providing clients with the insights to improve their organisational performance and outcomes in the areas of process and cost optimisation, procurement, digital operations, asset management and programme delivery.The broad nature of our client base means that you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of industries and to continue to learn every day, developing your core capabilities. Qualifications Your expertise:2+ years demonstrated experience, ideally from professional services, government or public sector. Experience delivering operational improvements through technology and/or process optimisation.Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions. Proven experience working in teams and building trusted relationshipsAbility to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.Strong interpersonal skills, able to gain the trust and confidence of those you collaborate with.Experience and/or familiarity in current and emerging technologies.
