Te Puna Ora o Mātaatua is a leading Māori health and wellbeing provider supporting whānau across the Mātaatua rohe. Our Homebased Support Service is growing, and we're looking for caring, reliable people in Tauranga Moana to join our team.

Support our kuia, koroua, and tangata whaikaha to live safely and comfortably at home. We have roles available for alternate weekends and weekday Support Workers, helping with personal cares and home management.

No experience? We provide full paid training and can support you to gain free NZQA Health & Wellbeing qualifications. If you already have experience or relevant skills, that's an advantage. Come join a kaupapa-driven team where whānau and quality care come first.

So you can hit the ground running, we'd hope you have most of the following skills:

· Must have a full driver's license.

· Satisfactory Police Vetting.

· Practice cultural competency and a caring attitude.
