The Commercial Performance Lead is a newly established role that will work closely with a team of senior managers to identify and implement business improvement initiatives across a variety of income generating channels within New Zealand Red Cross.
What you'll do:
We're looking for a strategic thinker to support our Engagement & Enterprise Group. In this pivotal role, you'll lead performance reporting, drive commercial analysis, and champion continuous improvement and growth across directorates including First Aid, Retail, Philanthropy, and Communications Marketing and Engagement.

To be successful you will have:
A tertiary qualification in business or financeProven experience in commercial analysis, forecasting, and project managementExtensive experience in developing and maintaining effective reporting and performance monitoring tools (Excel and Power BI is highly desirable)An ability to develop robust business cases for change and improvement and the ability to engage, communicate and effectively influence senior leadership.A passion for humanitarian work and community resilienceAbout New Zealand Red Cross

NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of $100,759 for this role, which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. While remuneration rates are set to reflect that we are a humanitarian not for profit organisation, we believe our employee leave provision and flexible working arrangements, provide a highly rewarding work experience.
