Who we are looking for:

Our team has an opportunity available for an experienced commercial lawyer looking for a varied, interesting and impactful role without the pressures of billing. Ideally you will have a minimum of 7 years' experience and will be well versed in diverse areas of commercial law, including property. 

You will be motivated, proactive, and will enjoy working autonomously, encouraging knowledge sharing across the firm by preparing client facing content on topical areas, contributing to our CPD programme and developing and maintaining our precedents collection and ensuring legislative changes are communicated and up to date.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • collating and organising existing precedent content, as well as drafting and updating precedents
  • assessing the needs of the practice group and drafting and promoting best practice documentation and procedures
  • monitoring and analysing new law and practice, researching points of law and assisting staff with enquiries relating to technical legal issues
  • identifying needs and delivering in-house training on topics central to the interests of teams across different experience levels (from graduates to senior lawyers and partners)
