We're looking for a Community Impact Manager who can balance creativity with corporate professionalism—someone who thrives on building strong community partnerships while delivering clear, impactful reporting.

About The Role
This is a hands-on position based in Auckland, with office presence required Monday to Thursday. You'll work closely with our operations team and spend time out in the community, meeting stakeholders and representing our business.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and delivering monthly reports that capture themes and insights from multiple stakeholders.
  • Crafting engaging stories for local boards and community updates—bringing our impact to life.
  • Selecting and managing partnerships with organisations that align with our social sustainability goals.
  • Presenting confidently to local boards and community groups.
  • Driving continuous improvement in how we communicate and report on community outcomes.

About You
You're someone who can balance creativity with commercial thinking and bring a strategic lens to storytelling. You're passionate about social sustainability and committed to making a real impact in the community.

You'll Bring

  • Exceptional writing skills—whether it's crafting compelling narratives or producing clear, accurate business reports.
  • A knack for creating stories that inspire action, resonate with diverse audiences, and align with organizational goals.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, understanding how communication drives results and supports strategic objectives.
  • Experience in communications, social sustainability, or community engagement, ideally within a corporate or commercial setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging different audiences.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, comfortable navigating complexity and balancing creativity with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Full NZ work rights.
  • Driver's licence (as you'll be out meeting people).
