Vos responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec plusieurs services et équipes interfonctionnelles incluant la sécurité mondiale, les opérations, le service juridique, les ventes verticales gouvernementales et le marketing.

  • Identifier et combler de manière proactive les lacunes en matière de sécurité dans diverses fonctions, et offrir un soutien et des conseils adéquats aux parties prenantes.

  • Soutenir le programme gouvernemental, y compris le statut et le maintien de la protection B, les négociations et la révision de contrats.

  • Évaluer et valider les contrôles de sécurité et offrir des conseils sur divers projets liés à la sécurité.

  • Soutenir les enquêtes de sécurité ainsi que les processus et les projets liés à la sécurité physique.

  • Réviser les contrats ainsi que les demandes de propositions et tenir le répertoire à jour.

  • Offrir une assistance sur le plan des escalades, des problèmes et des écarts en matière de gestion de tiers.

  • Stimuler les activités et les initiatives de formation et de sensibilisation à la sécurité.

Expérience requise

  • Baccalauréat en technologies ou une expérience de travail équivalente. 

  • Expérience de collaboration avec les Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada (SPAC).

  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience de travail liée à la sécurité de l'information.

  • Une solide compréhension des meilleures pratiques de sécurité et des normes internationales telles que ISO27000, NIST, PCI DSS et d'autres cadres de sécurité.

  • Une expérience en gestion de projets.

  • Une capacité à transmettre des informations complexes à divers publics. 

  • Être en mesure de porter attention aux besoins de l'équipe et d'adapter l'approche en conséquence pour soutenir la création de valeur commerciale.

  • Travailler proactivement en tenant compte des détails, et être capable de travailler de manière autonome et efficace.

Ce qui vous distingue des autres

  • Maîtriser la langue française. 

  • Posséder les certifications « Certified information Security Manager (CISM) », « Certified in Risk and information Systems Controls (CRISC) » ou « Certified information Systems Auditor (CISA) », ou des certifications de l'industrie.

  • Expérience en gestion de projets, avec Google suite et les technologies connexes.

  • Expérience et connaissances liées au risque en matière de sécurité de l'information et de la gouvernance en matière de sécurité dans le secteur des services bancaires et financiers.

Synopsis of the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as experience in project management, supporting business and operations functions, investigations, and with Government agencies. Communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills are key to successfully managing our clients and stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and have the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with multiple departments and cross functional teams including Global Security, Operations, Legal, Government Sales vertical and Marketing

  • Proactively identify and address security gaps in various functions, and provide adequate support and guidance to stakeholders

  • Support Government Program including Protected B status and maintenance, contract review and negotiations

  • Assess and validate security controls, and provide guidance on various security projects

  • Support security investigations and Physical Security processes and projects

  • Review contracts and Request for Proposals, and maintain Playbook

  • Provide support for third party management escalations, issues and deviations

  • Drive Security Awareness and Training activities and initiatives

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent work experience 

  • Experience engaging with Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)

  • 7+ years' experience working in information security

  • A solid understanding of security best practices and international standards such as ISO27000, NIST, and PCI DSS and other security frameworks

  • Project management experience

  • Ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences 

  • Pays attention to team needs and pivots approach accordingly to support the delivery of business value

  • Proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently and efficiently

  • French language fluency 

  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or industry certifications

  • Familiarity with project management, Google Suite and related technologies

  • Knowledge and experience of Information Security Risk and Security governance and understanding of risks in the banking/ financial services sector
