The Role

No two days are the same. You'll be hands-on across commercial properties in the Auckland region, leading our roof maintenance team and carrying out repairs outlined in our inspection reports.

As a leading hand, you'll be comfortable working with and organising team members, using your roofing expertise to solve problems on the spot.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You'll Have:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or waterproofing (metal roofing, flashings, and a variety of membranes)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and leadership qualities
  • Self-motivation and strong organisational skills
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of roofing work
  • Confidence using a phone or tablet to complete jobs and reports
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence
  • Height certificates, Site Safe, MEWP, First Aid – advantageous but not essential (training provided)

Employment Details
  • 44-hour work week
  • $35 – $45 hourly rate (depending on experience)
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug & alcohol checks
  • NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required
