Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced, creative, and hardworking Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding dishes to our customers, overseeing a section of the kitchen, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a passion for creating innovative, delicious dishes, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of seasonal, high-quality dishes with a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and plating throughout service.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and contribute to seasonal menu planning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training when needed.
• Ensure all food preparation and storage meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations.
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative cooking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
