EOI - Transmission & Distribution Linespeople (Australia Opportunities)

Genus is seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled and safety-focused Lineworkers who are keen to join our growing team across multiple regions and be part of our success.
As part of our Transmission and Distribution business units, you will contribute to the construction and maintenance of essential high-voltage and overhead network infrastructure—ensuring safe, reliable electricity supply for communities and clients across Australia.

We are seeking qualified Transmission Lineworkers and Distribution Lineworkers to support planned and unplanned works, major projects, and ongoing maintenance activities. These roles involve working to proven safety standards, quality expectations, and industry regulations while upholding Genus' core values. Depending on location and project needs, various FIFO rosters are available, with competitive allowances and excellent remuneration.
We welcome EOIs from candidates who can demonstrate:
Transmission Lineworkers
- UET30521 Certificate III in ESI - Transmission Overhead (or equivalent)
- High Risk Work Licence - EWP (WP)
- Advanced/Intermediate Rigging
- EWP & Tower Rescue competency
- MR or HR class manual driver's licence (or willingness to upgrade)
- Experience working safely on transmission networks
- Strong commitment to teamwork, safety and reporting obligations
Distribution Lineworkers
- UET30621 Certificate III in ESI - Distribution Overhead (or equivalent)
- High Risk Work Licence - EWP (WP)
- HV/LV cable jointing qualifications (highly regarded)
- C2 Crane & rigging qualifications (advantageous)
- MR or HR class manual driver's licence
- Demonstrated experience on distribution and/or transmission networks
General Requirements
- Ability to work in Australia
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing, and police clearance

- Willing to relocate to Perth, Australia
