Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We're on the lookout for a hands-on and people-focused Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Facilities Officer team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across SkyCity Auckland. Reporting to the Engineering Services Senior Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our infrastructure and surrounding areas meet the expectations of a world-class entertainment destination. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend work. You'll also be expected to support your team with advice outside of regular hours.Mōu | About YouYou'll bring:

  • A solid trade or maintenance background, with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing rosters, performance, and team development.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with maintenance schedules, job creation and management, and quality assurance inspections.
  • Experience with health and safety reporting (DONESAFE), stocktake and replenishment, and SOP development.
  • Ideally, you've completed a leadership training programme and are confident managing compliance and operational procedures.

  • Ensure maintenance tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Contribute to long-term maintenance planning and support business continuity through proactive service delivery.
