An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Team Lead to join our talented team.

Purpose of Role

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage your own portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring measurable success outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through QBRs, onsite visits, and virtual engagements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers; providing regular feedback, guidance, and career support.
  • Be the first point of escalation for the team, helping navigate complex customer conversations and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer to refine processes, playbooks, and success metrics.
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" internally, influencing product roadmap and service enhancements.
  • Contribute to scaling the Customer Success function and ensuring ecoPortal continues to deliver outstanding value.

  • Has a proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client-facing roles.
  • Is a natural leader who enjoys coaching and empowering others.
  • Balances customer relationship management with operational and people leadership skills.
  • Is analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and works seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicates with clarity and influence at all levels, from end users to executives.
  • Is resilient, adaptable, and excited to contribute to the growth of a high-performing team.
