Role
- Translate design concepts into precise technical documentation drawings
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and codes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine designs.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
- 10 years minimum experience working in a New Zealand practice as an Architectural Technician
- Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards
- Be a competent and efficient user of REVIT
- Demonstrated design ability and proven technical knowledge
- Team player with exceptional collaboration, time management and communication skills
- A self motivator and team player
