We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Support Officer to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across our Property & Infrastructure Directorate. You'll help keep things running smoothly through efficient systems, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination.
What you'll be doing / He aha te mahi
Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Property & Infrastructure Directorate through high-quality business and administrative support.
- Coordinating procurement, purchasing, and contract management activities
- Managing reporting, documentation, and governance processes
- Assisting with requests for service and information
- Maintaining key registers, frameworks, and toolkits
- Supporting continuous improvement and team coordination
What you'll bring to the role / Ko wai to Pukeka
A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to others.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven experience in administration and business support
- Confidence using a range of systems and software (TechnologyOne desirable)
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
