Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator with Sales experience to support our Account Managers and sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and driving business development activities. This role combines project coordination with customer engagement and pre-sales support, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

Assist Account Managers in managing relationships with existing customers.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender responses with guidance from senior team members.

Participate in client meetings, capturing requirements, and following up on action items.

Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, lead follow-ups, and prospecting to generate new opportunities.

Project Coordination

Coordinate internal resources and schedules to deliver on client requests and small projects.

Maintain and update sales and project documentation including CRM records, reports, and trackers.

Ensure timely communication between clients, Account Managers, and delivery teams.

Support in tracking project deliverables, identifying risks, and escalating issues to senior staff.

Operational & Administrative

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and sales pipeline reporting.

Support marketing or sales campaigns as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–4 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or project coordination role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.

Experience in preparing quotes, proposals, and working with CRMs (SAP, Dynamics, or Custom ).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project/sales tools is a plus.

Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
