Nā tāu rourou – What you'll bring?

We're looking for someone who's confident, curious, and committed to doing what's right for our customers. You might already have lending experience - or you might be ready to grow into it. Either way, you'll bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in a professional or customer-focused role, ideally within financial services
• An understanding of risk, regulation, and doing business safely
• The ability to build trust and rapport with customers and community partners
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A tech-savvy mindset and a passion for simple, smart solutions
• NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (Lending strand) is a bonus
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
