We're on the lookout for a skilled and nurturing Massage Therapist to join our team as we prepare to open our doors.

Our studio will offer a range of premium services, including infrared sauna, contrast therapy, float therapy, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, massage, and workshops focused on mind-body wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our foundation team and help shape the client experience from day one.

We are looking for therapists who bring warmth, professionalism, and a passion for holistic wellbeing. You'll create a safe and supportive environment for clients to relax, restore, and reconnect with their bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver a range of massage treatments to a high standard

• Create a calm, welcoming, client-centred experience

• Support clients with their wellness goals and recovery needs

• Maintain room hygiene, presentation, and treatment-ready standards

• Collaborate with the wider team to build a strong, connected studio culture

• Must be available for late nights and weekends

• Part-time or contractor arrangements available

• Additional hours may increase as client demand grows

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

A qualified Massage Therapist with 2–5 years' experience

Able to provide professional references

Passionate about wellness, holistic health, recovery, and client care

Warm, grounded, and skilled at holding safe space for clients

Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Growth-minded, reliable, and aligned with a high-quality client experience
