**The Position**:
As an experienced Clinic Manager at LCNZ Queensgate, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of therapists, working towards meeting and exceeding targets whilst ensuring superior customer service standards. You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as management responsibilities.
Further to this you will be responsible for driving clinic sales, building customer satisfaction and retention, and managing a high-performance team to success
**Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager with ideally minimum Level 4 in Beauty Qualifications
- Dynamic management, leadership, and coaching skills to lead a small team to success
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
- Operational requirements such as rostering and day to day management of the clinic
