The Principal Consultant is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring EMP delivers exceptional service, achieves continued growth, achieves the highest degree of delivery, and maintains strong commercial performance in New Zealand.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive and the Leadership Team to lead our people, shape our delivery model, strengthen client relationships, and build EMP's capability as we enter our next stage of scale.

- Comfortable leading a team and shaping culture
- Commercially minded, with an ability to make sound decisions and prioritise effectively
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to get involved where needed
- Motivated by helping clients succeed and creating positive change
