We're looking for 2 experienced and motivated people leaders to take on the roles of Assistant Branch Manager at our BNT Tauranga and BNT Tauriko branches.

As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results.

You'll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you'll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace.
