About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village in Christchruch, as Village Maintenance Support. This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday

This role will be great for someone who enjoys manual tasks around the village such as:

  • Helping new residents moving into the village, including moving of furniture and up to four hours of support setting up their new apartment
  • Collection and disposal of rubbish as scheduled
  • Help to ensure the village grounds and gardens are maintained to a high standard
  • Assisting with inwards goods, stock management and stores
  • Promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village
