As part of our Credit Control team, you'll be one of the go-to people for managing outstanding debt and maintaining strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and internal teams. You will need to be:

  • A confident communicator - especially over the phone.
  • Skilled at building positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations around payments and debt resolution.
  • Experienced in credit control or a similar role (preferred).

As a key member of our finance team, in this position you'll be part of the team taking ownership of the debtor ledger, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices and proactively managing overdue accounts. You'll build and maintain positive working relationships with both Apprentices and Employers, balancing professionalism with a supportive approach. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys keeping processes running efficiently behind the scenes.
