About the Role

Based in our busy Rosedale office, this customer service role supports two companies within the Clarksons Group. You'll be part of a fast-paced team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and managing all inbound communication channels, including service email inboxes and 0800 phone numbers
  • Raising and preparing jobs for technician dispatch, including job descriptions, parts requirements, notes, and access instructions
  • Coordinating and troubleshooting our team's response to service requests to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Continual monitoring of jobs and keeping customer portals updated
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, you'll have a background in customer service and some familiarity with the service industry (electrical, HVAC, or similar).

Preferred skills and attributes:

  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Experience with Simpro software is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience in a call centre or service coordination role is preferred
