Due to team growth, ASB is seeking a passionate and proactive Chapter Lead – Insights sitting in the Decision Science & AI Domain to lead a high-performing team of analysts. This role is pivotal in delivering meaningful insights across customers, products, processes, and channels, all informed by data and analytics. You'll foster a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation, empowering your team to solve complex business problems and drive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Foster a continuous learning culture, encouraging the team to embody ASB's PACE mindsets: Empowerment, Customer Obsession, Trust, Transparency, and a "Learn it all" attitude.
  • Manage workflow planning and customer expectations for analytics deliverables.
  • Assign responsibilities, set clear objectives, and monitor progress and results, establishing effective feedback loops.
  • Eliminate roadblocks, create focus, and ensure the team spends time on what matters most.
  • Collaborate with the wider analytics team and other Chapter Leads to provide collective insights and drive innovation.
  • Determine and uphold technical standards, tooling, policies, and guardrails for the Chapter.
  • Ensure compliance with people processes, policies, risks, controls, and health & safety/wellbeing requirements.
  • Support workforce and capability planning, ensuring resource solutions meet business demands.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, technical leadership, and a drive for craftsmanship within the team.
