Assistant Management Couple – Live-in Role

Opal Hot Springs – Matamata

We are seeking a friendly, reliable live-in Assistant Management Couple to join our team at Opal Hot Springs & Holiday Park.

This is a hands-on role with two primary focuses:

  • Reception & Guest Services: Managing bookings, check-ins, guest enquiries, and ensuring a welcoming customer experience.
  • Maintenance & Grounds: Overseeing general repairs, maintenance, and presentation of the park facilities.

Role Details:

  • Live-in position (accommodation provided).
  • Work days: Sunday to Thursday.
  • On-call 3–4 evenings per week.
  • One person will primarily manage reception/administration, the other will focus on maintenance/grounds, with flexibility to support each other where needed.

We are looking for:

  • A couple who are proactive, organised, and hands-on.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Practical skills for general maintenance and problem-solving.
  • Reliability and a positive team attitude.
