As a Domino’s Team Member, you will be part of a fun, fast-paced environment, ensuring customers receive excellent service both in-store and at their doorstep. This role involves food preparation, customer service, general store duties, and safe, timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (In-Store & Phone Orders)
- Greet customers and take orders in-store, online, and over the phone.
- Accurately process payments (cash, EFTPOS, online transactions).
- Provide product knowledge, promotions, and upsell opportunities.
- Resolve basic customer issues professionally.

Food Preparation
- Prepare pizzas, sides, and desserts to Domino’s quality standards.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and portion control procedures.
- Ensure accurate order assembly and packaging for delivery.

Deliveries
- Deliver customer orders safely, efficiently, and with excellent service.
- Uphold road safety rules and company delivery standards.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and handled with care.
- Maintain vehicle/bike cleanliness and report any issues.

Store Operations
- Assist with cleaning, stock rotation, and restocking supplies.
- Keep kitchen, counter, and customer areas tidy.
- Support delivery drivers and in-store staff when required.

Teamwork & Compliance
- Work closely with other team members and managers.
- Follow Domino’s procedures, policies, and health & safety standards.
- Wear correct uniform and maintain professional presentation.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic store culture.

- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Reliable and flexible with availability (evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- Valid driver’s licence (car or scooter) and safe driving record for delivery shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Full Class 1 Driver License
- Own Transport ( Reimbursement per km for deliveries will be given)

**Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
