Please note that this is a fixed term parental leave cover (Feb Feb 2027).

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and inspire customer engagement.
  • Partner with the GM Marketing to drive alignment across RealNZ.
  • Mentor and empower a team of talented marketers to deliver their best work.
  • Own and evolve the Cardrona & Treble Cone brands, celebrating our heritage and guardianship.
  • Use insights and data to fuel campaign performance and decision making.
  • Build meaningful partnerships to elevate our brand presence and impact.

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in leadership.
  • A proven track record in brand and campaign management in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative flair and a strategic mindset, with a love for storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for conservation, tourism, and creating extraordinary experiences.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is a bonus, but not essential.
