That's why we're on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn't mess up the places we love to play.

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Inventory & Planning Manager to own alignment of inventory to demand, making sure every inventory decision drives growth and impact.  You'll be the voice of inventory in trading conversations to align decisions with strategy, optimising availability, sell-through and customer experience across all of our sales channels - wholesale, e.com and retail.  You'll also be constantly looking ahead to align future supply with demand opportunities, ensuring production and raw material plans support long-term growth.

What you'll do:

  • Own seasonal demand planning and inventory strategy across all channels.
  • Translate insights into SKU-level forecasts and purchase plans.
  • Forecast long lead-time raw materials, ensuring production plans support future demand and growth.
  • Influence trading decisions to ensure inventory moves through optimal channels.
  • Monitor inventory health and recommend in-season actions to improve sell-through and margin.
  • Deliver clear reporting and insights that shape trading, product development, and long-term planning.
  • Continuously improve planning tools and processes for smarter, faster decisions.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • A genuine connection to what we stand for, pushing boundaries to drive change in an industry dominated by plastics.
  • 5+ years in demand or supply planning (apparel experience ideal).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, global product portfolios.
  • A passion for leveraging new technology to solve data and reporting challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • You must have a valid NZ work visa.
