ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Officer – Warehouse Archive. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the secure management and handling of sensitive materials, maintaining safety, and contributing to operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process inbound and outbound orders within service standards, ensuring accurate cataloguing and inventory management.
  • Maintain precise data entry for efficient collection, delivery, and invoicing processes.
  • Adhere to all operational procedures outlined in company guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients to meet service expectations and proactively address concerns.
  • Ensure equipment is functional, regularly maintained, and operational.
  • Maintain a professional workspace and appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Report any issues, incidents, or performance impacts to the Manager promptly.
  • Consistently meet internal customer expectations and deliver quality results.
