The Gig: 

This isn't just another painting job buried in the listings. We're chasing painters who bring real craft, real pride, and real swagger to the brush. You'll be diving into a mix of sharp residential repaints, slick new builds, restorations that need finesse, and light commercial spaces where your finish genuinely changes the whole vibe.

If you love turning rough surfaces into clean, crisp perfection, and you get a kick out of clients saying "holy hell that looks good" this is your kind of gig. No boring days. No babysitting. Just solid work, good people, and projects you'll actually be proud to point at and say: I did that.

The Goods: To be successful in this role, you will:

  • 2+ years on the tools painting homes, shops, renos, or new builds—bonus points if you've tackled tricky surfaces
  • An obsession with perfect prep—because great paint starts long before the first coat
  • Confident with brush, roller, spray rigs, and knowing when each weapon is right for the job
  • A clean approach to filling, sanding, priming, cutting in, and keeping those lines laser straight
  • Can pass a drug screen (no stress if you're tidy) and supply two refs who rate your work
  • Reliable wheels, your own basic kit, and a reputation for showing up ready to smash the day
  • A solid attitude toward H&S, tidy sites, and leaving a space better than you found it
