We're building something big at Asahi Beverages. As part of our One Asahi transformation, we're looking for a high-calibre Revenue Growth Manager to support key pricing and RGM initiatives across our portfolio during an exciting period of change.
Reporting to the Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our revenue growth strategies across pricing, pack architecture, promotional optimisation and portfolio management.
This role requires someone who can not only deliver sharp analysis, but translate insights into compelling commercial narratives and influence key stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies across the Asahi portfolio.
- Deliver insightful pricing and promotional analysis to guide customer and commercial decisions.
- Transform complex data into clear "what / so what / now what" recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Category teams to drive alignment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that influence stakeholder buy-in across the business.
- Contribute to the One Asahi project by supporting streamlined, consistent RGM practices.
About you:
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability (must-have).
- Experience using Nielsen, IRI or similar insights platforms (preferred).
- FMCG experience in RGM, Commercial, Insights, Category or similar.
- Ability to craft clear commercial stories from data and present with confidence.
- Strong influencing skills and comfort engaging with Sales teams on pricing outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
