The Role:

We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Resourcer to support our busy team of recruiters. This role is focused on sourcing candidates, handling compliance, and supporting the other recruiters— no post-placement candidate management required.

Reporting to: Team Leader, Director

What you'll be doing:

  • Writing and posting engaging job ads
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles: primarily within manufacturing, logistics, construction and some administrative roles.
  • Completing pre-employment checks, references, and compliance documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding paperwork and keeping records up to date
  • Supporting Recruitment team with day-to-day tasks
  • Keeping systems organized and communication flowing smoothly
  • Connecting with clients, networks and training providers
  • Analysis of application response
  • Posting on social media platforms and curating content

About you:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, admin, or HR support is a plus (but not essential)
  • Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or having used Jobadder is an advantage.
