Maintenance Foreman

We now find ourselves requiring someone to fill an existing position of Maintenance Foreman due to a current team member leaving for another career outside Construction.

The position is available from the 19th of January 2026.

Duties

Liaise with the Maintenance Manager for job lists.

Carry out small projects in efficient and timely manner.

Coordinate and manage sub-contractors as required.

Manage additional staff as required on some Projects.

Liaise with Client as necessary to maintain good relationships.

Requirements

Certificate in Carpentry.

At least 5 years experience in the building industry.

Track record of managing staff and subcontractors.

Eye an attention to detail.

Works well autonomously.

Occasionally required to work nights (Project Specific).
