The Role

This is not just another engineering job. It is an opportunity to lead, grow, and potentially take ownership in a high-performing business. You will work closely with contractors, councils, and developers to deliver successful outcomes across a range of residential and urban projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction and contract management across civil projects
  • Design review and management of civil projects
  • Liaise confidently with local councils, contractors and clients
  • Shape internal civil processes within the business
  • Play a key role in developing and growing the civil engineering arm of the business

What skills and experience are needed for the role?

  • CPEng qualified (or very close to it)
  • Strong on-site and construction management skills — not necessarily design-heavy
  • Confident managing contracts and navigating council processes
  • Experience with urban infill, subdivision, or medium-scale land development
  • A growth mindset and leadership capability
