As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will spend your time speaking with candidates, understanding what they want, matching them with great roles, and working closely with clients who trust you to find the right talent. It is fast paced, social and very rewarding when you see the impact of your work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Posting job adverts, hunting for candidates and conducting interviews
  • Managing a network of top-tier candidates
  • Providing admin support to your team
  • Smashing KPIs in a fast-paced, fun environment
