AGB is the largest Stone Benchtop Fabrication and Installation company in New Zealand, with 7 branches nationwide.

We are leading the way in terms of silicosis, being the first stone benchtop company to introduce zero-silica engineered stone to New Zealand and are actively promoting zero-silica as the future of the industry.

We are now on the hunt for a Sales Superstar to join our Hastings Team full time.

The role will be a mixture of showroom-based and B2B sales, assisting customers with their benchtop solutions, maintaining existing and building new business relationships.

If being busy, involved and driven to achieve results sounds like you, reach out now. We are ready to go. Previous experience and proven sales success is preferred but not essential. We are happy to train the right person into this role. Team fit, eagerness and great attitude are paramount.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow an established territory across Hawkes Bay and the wider region.
  • Build strong, long-term B2B relationships with cabinetmakers and other industry trades.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers.
  • Plan customer visits, maintain reporting, manage your pipeline and be an influence in strategic decision making.
  • Contribute strongly to the delivery of the Sales Teams daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Prepare and deliver benchtop estimates based on the provided kitchen plans.

  • Have an eagerness to learn and a drive to be the best you can be
