Christchurch Based *30-35hrs/week Permanent position

An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are seeking to employ a Cleaning Area Supervisor reporting directly to the Area Manager for the Christchurch Region. This will see you based ideally in central Christchurch with travel required to different sites, liaising with clients in this busy customer-facing role.

A large part of your shift will be hands-on working with the team, flexibility is required in this position, from early mornings or late nights would be when your core hours are worked, we are looking for someone who is adaptable and has flexible availability. At least 1-2 years experience in cleaning or supervising is preferred but is not a deal breaker, as said above this is a hands-on role; you will be supervising the team, hiring staff, training new staffs, managing staff rosters, conducting safety toolboxes, checking stock levels making sure we are delivering a top-class service to all our sites.

We run a business that is a 7 day a week operation this role requires for you to have the right can do attitude; this role covers all facets of the business.

*Must Have's

Well-presented, and physically fit. Be able to think on your feet and be solution oriented. Pass and maintain Ministry of Justice Criminal history check and have a full drivers license.
