About the Role
We're seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on team member to join our natural supplement production team. This role involves operating production machinery, handling raw materials, and supporting warehouse and inward goods operations. It's perfect for someone who takes pride in practical work, values quality, and thrives when working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate supplement production machinery safely and efficiently
- Measure, mix, and pack product batches accurately according to procedures
- Handle and move raw materials and finished goods (up to 25kg)
- Conduct quality control checks, including measuring, labelling, and documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized production and warehouse space
- Receive and check inward goods, and manage stock placement
- Assist with inventory checks, stocktakes, and general warehouse duties
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including MPI hygiene standards
What We're Looking For
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable operating machinery and performing repetitive tasks
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision
- Enjoys hands-on tasks and takes pride in getting things done
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows procedures precisely
- Enjoys cleaning and maintaining hygiene to a high standard
- Previous experience operating pharmaceutical-style machinery is ideal (but not essential — full training provided)
- Experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- A passion for health and wellness, and an appreciation for natural products is preferred
