Bula We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ICT Service Operations Manager to join a growing ICT business experiencing rapid growth.

Reporting to senior management team you will be leading a team of 30 employees, including three team leaders across Service Desk, Projects, and Product Aftercare.

This pivotal role oversees ICT strategy, project delivery, service management, and operational compliance to ensure exceptional customer service, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a team of ICT professionals, ensuring performance excellence across service desk, projects, and aftercare functions.
  • Oversee ICT strategy implementation, service delivery, and operations compliance.
  • Ensure all jobs logged via the helpdesk and received by the Technical Services and Project Teams are updated, completed, and documented accurately.
  • Enforce adherence to technical guidelines, operational procedures, and administrative policies.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate and Projects Teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Conduct risk assessments on projects to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain and control departmental inventory to prevent loss, damage, or pilferage.
  • Review, update, and enforce departmental compliance policies and protocols.
  • Lead and deliver compliance-related projects with a focus on technical excellence, business practicality, and measurable outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification desirable).
  • Proven experience managing ICT operations, service delivery, and compliance teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a large team.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of ICT compliance frameworks, risk management, and audit processes.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational management.

Our client will offer a competitive salary package including base salary, accommodation allowance and relocation to Fiji.
