Play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, security, and availability of Beca's ICT infrastructure and systems.

As a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work collaboratively across internal teams to proactively manage and maintain our technology environment, ensuring it remains robust, secure, and aligned with business needs.

This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises platforms within a professional services setting. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support disaster recovery planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives driving continuous improvement.

You'll be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure, staying abreast of emerging technologies and their applicability to Beca. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and share knowledge will help foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

  • Proven expertise in a wide variety of the Microsoft platform components. Example areas being M365 tenancy setup, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Dataverse
