About Active+ Taranaki
At Active+ Taranaki, we believe great rehab starts with great people.
We're part of the nationwide Active+ network, but our Taranaki team is proudly local — a connected, motivated group who love what we do and who we do it with.
Our culture is guided by our Active+ Culture Map — a simple framework that keeps our team aligned, inspired, and growing together:
- Connection – Build trust, share openly, and succeed together.
- Communication – Clarity in every conversation.
- Ownership – Step up, take charge, and follow through.
- Growth – Stretch, learn, and keep moving forward.
- Wellbeing & Energy – Bring your best self and keep the vibe positive.
If those values resonate with you, you'll fit right in.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced or emerging Clinic Manager — ideally a Physio, OT, or Allied Health professional — to lead our brand new Hāwera clinic.
This role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership and operational management, offering a genuine opportunity to make an impact in the South Taranaki community.
You'll have full support from our Directors and Operations team to shape the clinic's growth, build strong local relationships, and create an environment where both clients and clinicians thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent, evidence-based clinical care
- Lead and support your local team with empathy and accountability
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth clinic performance
- Build strong relationships with referrers, GPs, and community partners
- Champion Active+ values and team wellbeing
- Drive service development and local engagement
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are a registered Physiotherapist, OT, or Allied Health clinician
- Have leadership experience or a genuine desire to step up
- Communicate clearly, listen with purpose, and lead with integrity
- Enjoy variety — balancing people, purpose, and performance
- Are proactive, organised, and values-driven
