Private Capital Group (PCG) is a private credit fund manager, with its head office based in Queenstown, New Zealand. We are an active middle-market corporate direct lender with a flexible investment mandate and committed capital. Position Summary

To support our continued growth, PCG is seeking to hire corporate finance professionals into our investment team. Responsibilities will include loan origination, execution, and portfolio management, with scope tailored to each applicant's level of experience.

These roles are Queenstown-based, reporting directly to the firm's senior leadership team.

Your Profile

We are looking for highly analytical and motivated professionals with 2 to 8 years experience in one or more of the following: leveraged finance, corporate finance advisory, transaction services, corporate development, or private capital investing.

You will be numerate, inquisitive, and thrive in a high-performance culture, supported by a growing and entrepreneurial team.
