As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex cloud and enterprise application solutions for our customers. With deep technical expertise in platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 (D365) Power Platform, you will provide strategic guidance, hands‑on technical leadership, and expert consulting services that enable customers to achieve their business objectives through digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Technical Solution Delivery Provide hands‑on support across platform, including solution design, configuration and integrations. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and customer requirements. Consulting and Advisory Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how Azure and D365 solutions can solve their business challenges. Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments to shape solution roadmaps and implementation strategies. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders. Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Contribute to internal best practices, knowledge bases, and delivery frameworks. Continuous Learning and Innovation Stay up to date with advancements in cloud technologies (Azure) and enterprise applications (D365, Power Platform), applying new tools and methods to customer solutions. Identify opportunities to optimize customer environments and drive additional value through innovation. Skills and Experience Technical Expertise Proven experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Familiar with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations. Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration patterns. Consultative Skills Ability to engage with customers at all levels, understanding their business drivers and translating them into technical solutions. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex solution challenges. Communication and Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Qualifications (Preferred) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, Functional Consultant, or equivalent.
