Lead Our Operations: Warehouse Manager - Auckland

Join Randlab New Zealand as our Warehouse Manager in Auckland and play a critical role in the heart of our supply chain.

We are a fast-growing animal health pharmaceutical Company with head office in Australia, servicing NZ Veterinarians and Wholesalers with our veterinary pharmaceutical products.
We need an exceptional manager willing and able to pick/pack and dispatch while also managing all facets of our Auckland warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: All warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch with accuracy, speed, and efficiency. Provide input to forecasting and liaise with our head office in Australia to ensure supply is maintained.
  • Health & Safety: Contribute to a safety-conscious workplace culture by upholding stringent Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through effective systems, cycle counting, and process management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement and lean initiatives to optimise layout, workflow, and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with internal and external partners (e.g., suppliers, transport companies).

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in a Warehouse role or Senior Supervisory role, preferably in a New Zealand context.
  • This role requires experience as an individual contributor with hands-on warehouse operations management.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern warehousing practices and health and safety regulations (including NZ-specific regulations).
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous history in the pharmaceutical or veterinary business would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package, aligned with experience - estimated range: NZ$33-36 per hour.
  • The role will be 25 to 40 hours a week in our modern and comfortable office near the Airport.
