• Tangible experience in taking high-quality alginate impressions for diagnostic or treatment purposes.

• Vacuum Forming & Appliance Fabrication

• Experienced in using vacuum forming machines to fabricate custom retainers, bleaching trays, and other appliances.

• ACC Paperwork & Claims Handling

• Familiar with ACC documentation including ACC42 (Dental Injury Claim), ACC forms for prior approval, treatment plans, and handling, packaging impressions with lab forms.

• Lab Integration & Logistics

• Effectively handle and prepare impressions with accompanying lab forms for accurate and timely lab processing.

• Inventory & Stock Management

• Track, maintain, and order monthly inventory—ensuring all consumables are stocked and ready.

• Equipment Maintenance

• Oversee routine cleaning, checks, and maintenance of clinical equipment to ensure functionality and compliance.
