Do you like working with modern machinery and technology? 

We are looking for someone who is very comfortable behind the controls of a tracked skid steer - you will be responsible for taking care of your own machine and producing quality work.

To qualify for this role you must be able to :

Cut and fill to heights confidently - with aggregate and soil

Be able to set up and use laser equipment

Have a good understanding of civil construction and associated skills such as compaction

Be able to help out boys on the ground as needed.

Minimum requirements:

Full class 1 with WTR endorsements
1 Year+ experience operating a skid steer
Positive attitude and open to being coached.
Punctual and reliable
Strong work ethic

Extras that will put you ahead of the rest:

Ability to operate other machines, such as diggers, loaders, rollers, plate compactors etc.
Class 2, 4 or 5 Licences
Experience in prepping for asphalt/concrete
Knowledge of sub-division construction / kerb and channel prep
Know how to use a sharpegrade laser grader
