EDI Administrator

Seasonal, Full-time

At Trevelyan's, our people are at the heart of
everything we do. We're looking for a detail-driven and systems-focused EDI
Administrator to support our packhouse operations during the main season.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate production data, smooth
packing processes, and compliance with export requirements.

Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

Reporting to the EDI Team Lead, you'll
be responsible for the accurate entry, validation, and management of packing
and production data within our EDI systems. You'll work closely with Operations,
Lab, and external partners to ensure information is correct, timely, and
available to support packing and reporting requirements.

This is a fast-paced, operational
administration role where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Your mahi will include:

• Entering daily pack run and production data
  into EDI systems
• Completing clearance-to-pick processes and
  resolving data mismatches
• Ensuring production and compliance data is
  accurate and up to date
• Liaising with Zespri EDI and local
  exporters exporters
• Assisting with system troubleshooting
  alongside EDI Leads
• Following SOPs and ensuring regulatory and
  data compliance
• Supporting continuous improvement, 5S, and
  Lean practices

working with systems and data. You remain calm under pressure, enjoy
problem-solving, and take pride in accuracy. You work well across teams and
communicate clearly when resolving issues.
