Factory Process Assistant/Technician

Work on a food and beverage factory production line in Māngere where full training is provided.

 
About the Role

You'll play an essential role as part of a fast-paced production team, performing a variety of tasks including sorting, blending, quality control, product packing, and general cleaning duties.

This is a ongoing casual position with the potential to transition into a fixed-term role for those who perform well.

The role operates on a rotating shift schedule, where you'll work:

  • Morning shift one week,

  • Night shift the following week,

  • Afternoon shift the week after, and then cycle back to the morning shift.

You'll be working Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

About You

You're a trustworthy, dependable individual with a self-motivated attitude and work well in a team. You lead by example, are receptive to feedback, and adhere to high health, safety, and hygiene standards. 

Having experience in either food or manufacturing work is required.

  • Good attention to detail

  • Able to stand for long hours

  • Being capable of repeatedly lifting up to 25 kg is an essential requirement

  • Experience in food/manufacturing environments

  • Able to pass a drug test
