We're looking for a motivated and experienced Security Technician to join our growing team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative company that values initiative, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Install, service, and maintain a range of security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
  • Test and repair circuits, sensors, and devices
  • Diagnose faults and ensure systems function to the highest standard
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, including system demonstrations
  • Assist with sales, system design, and consulting as needed
  • Manage van stock and organise replacement parts
  • Lead and supervise team members on-site when required
  • Manage and report on project progress

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience installing or maintaining CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical ability
  • Full NZ driver's licence and clean driving record
  • No criminal convictions (security licence eligibility)
  • Confident with computers and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at heights and be flexible with hours, including occasional overtime
  • Either 2+ years of relevant work experience or a tertiary qualification in a related field
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of Auckland when required
