Senior Guidewire Consultants

We are growing our team of Guidewire specialist, based in Wellington, Auckland and Sydney.

This role sits within our Technology Services practice, one of four key areas at Tenzing, alongside Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Managed Services. Our Technology practice provides our clients with tailored business and technology solutions the accelerate business results. Applying our deep industry knowledge, we provide an innovative approach to integrating business processes with leading-edge technology to meet key business and IT challenges

As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking Senior level individuals to join us in various roles:

Guidewire Developers:

• Proficient in Guidewire development tools and technologies.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Guidewire applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Business Analysts (BAs):

• Experienced in gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within Guidewire.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Automated Quality Assurance (Auto QAs):

• Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment practices.
  

Project Managers:

• Proven track record of successfully managing Guidewire implementation projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.

Architects:

• Deep understanding of Guidewire architecture and design principles.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable Guidewire solutions.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

It is also important that you have a client-focused attitude, the ability to deal with ambiguity and shades of grey, and strong communication skills and presentations skills. Experience in a consulting setting will also be highly desirable.
